HIIT workouts are quick and effective, which makes them our favorite! This routine mixes multi-purpose toning moves with 1 minute intervals of high intensity high knees. So, grab your favorite pair of leggings and get to work! For this 30 minute HIIT routine all you will need is a pair of light dumbbells (we used 5lbs) and maybe a mat.
