New workout girlfriends! This week, it’s all about your upper body. Sculpt your back, chest and arms in just 15 minutes, you’ll be thanking yourself later.
I really need to invest in a medicine ball! This looks like such a great workout! I’ll definitely try this one!

I always have trouble working out my arms. These are great ideas especially the alternating rows and criss cross sit ups!
Easy as pie workout – thanks for sharing…going to do this tomorrow when the weather dips AGAIN!! xo, Biana – BlovedBoston
seems like a great routine! Have to test this out
I tend to neglect my upper body when working out so this is much needed!
Oh my, criss-cross sit ups are so hard! I’m working on my core strength right now… which means I’m sore all the time 😉
Love these moves! I may have to add a couple to my next group ex class!
I always neglect my upper body when doing workouts. I love that this is only 15 minutes – no excuses!!
For the Love of Leopard

I need so much of such inspiration right now! Great post! 🙂
I need to workout…I really do. I’m just so lazy. I will save this for when I’m not lazy! Great workouts!
I’m going to have to try this out. I just got back to my diet and healthy living so I’m going to need all the workouts I can get.
Medicine balls can really cause you to feel the burn…especially with small repeated movements! My trainer kills me with them all the time LOL. I love your fitness post.
You ladies have the best work-outs! Amazing! And Brooke, I love your bright work-out wear! It’s stunning!

Such a great workout! Definitely something I need to give a try! Thanks for sharing.
Great exercises for upper body, and I love that they are convenient to do anywhere. I use both weighted swings, and dumbbells when I don’t have time to go to the gym but have 15 min to exercise at home. It does make a difference for sure. Love. XOXO, Elif
great set!! 😀 thanks for sharing!
This looks like an amazing workout! I can’t wait to try it out!

You’re welcome Chelsea, thanks for coming by!!
Criss cross sit-ups are a favorite for me too Susan. The core is something I need to work, but is my least favorite part to work, luckily, it doesn’t take a lot to train those muscles!
I used to be the same way Danielle, it’s much more fun to work on your legs and booty (in my opinion :)) but it sure is nice to have great arms in a tank top!
Sounds like fun Hannah!!
They sure are tough Daisy! Great job working on your core, it’s amazing how great you feel once those muscles are strong!
Hope you love it Mel!!
Man Biana, I feel for you, you’re having a rough time with that weather! At least you’ll have something to keep you busy indoors 🙂
You’re not alone Laura, arms are a tough spot for many women!
Thanks Blaire, hope you have a great week too!!
I highly recommend a medicine ball Jill, it’s so versatile 🙂
I love that you created your own pinnable workout. I just started doing fitness posts because I really love to try different workouts etc., and wanted to do something like this in a few weeks for my favorite ab routine. Thanks for sharing!
