I don’t know about you, but I get bored in my fitness routine sometimes! I need to mix it up. So, this week I have been doing a lot of YouTube dance tutorials. The beauty of working out at home is that there is no one watching, so when I look like a silly fool, dancing it up, there is no one to see!
