I’m fueled by iced coffee. I start every morning with a glass, year round, cold or hot – iced coffee is my jam. I also partake in a glass in the afternoon, I may be slightly addicted, but we won’t go into all that. I make a glass of iced coffee at home, every day, and I also love to visit one popular, I won’t name coffee shop, and I love each version; the coffee shop version, and my at home version, the very same.
At Home Iced Coffee Recipe
My mix is simple, but to me it’s perfect. It’s also not high sugar, or high calorie, so that’s a win too!
Ingredients
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup of Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Concentrate
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- splash of cream
- 1 tsp stevia
I also often brew my own coffee from the Keurig and pour it over ice. However, you’re not going to get that smooth, strong coffee shop taste from the hot brew poured over ice. Gotta raise those standards girl. The Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Concentrate is all organic and uses sustainably grown and ethically sourced coffee beans. Plus, the flavor is smooth, it’s low acid, and high caffeine. Meaning, you’re going to get a great cup of iced coffee, that’s going to do it’s job! Chameleon Cold-Brew is available at several retailers, I personally get mine from Publix.
Directions
This cup of coffee is a breeze!
- Start by filling your glass with ice.
- Next, Fill the glass roughly 1/2 way full with Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Concentrate. Since the measurements will change with your glass size, you basically want to aim to have a ratio of 2 parts concentrate to 1 part water (or liquid of choice).
- Fill your glass the rest of the way with cold water. This blend is too strong on it’s own!
- Top with a splash of cream (half and half)
- Stir in 1 tsp of stevia
That’s it! I hope you’ll love this low calorie, low sugar way to enjoy an iced coffee ever day.
