Petite Friendly Amazon Finds

It’s no secret that shopping on Amazon is not my strong suit, I’ve shared that with you girls before. However, when I was invited to join a few other ladies in an Amazon share week on Instagram, I decided why not?! It’s time I gave Amazon more of a chance.

The sizing is tricky on Amazon, you have the check size charts for every single thing you’re interested in and if you’re like me – scour all of the reviews and pictures to see what the item really looks like. I tried on a lot, and returned a lot – but I did find a few petite friendly dresses that I think are worth your time. I also have a couple bonus shares that I’m going to put in this blog post that aren’t in my IGtv try on.

Off The Shoulder Dress

You girls have been asking a lot for date night outfits and going out outfits and I promise you I’m working on it! Truth is, I’m really a casual girl at heart, so when it comes to date nights and things like that, I may dress up a little – but it’s going to be comfortable. This dress would make a great summer date night outfit.

The OTS top doesn’t slide down at all since it is smocked at the top. The sleeves are a little tight, but I don’t find them to be uncomfortable. Since the sleeves are a close fit they would work well under a denim jacket if you wanted to add one. The reviewers of this dress said it was short – so I just knew it would be petite friendly, and it is! On my 4’10” self it’s about knee length.

Summer Dress

This dress was my favorite from my recent Amazon hunt. It comes in other really cute colors and I love the length on a petite. The top is a little big on me, but the elastic waistband helps pull it all in and the straps are adjustable.

Wear to Work Dress

This dress is by the Amazon brand Goodthreads. It’s on par with the quality of something you might buy from Target in my opinion. I think the dress runs large as I’m wearing an XS and it has plenty of room. However, I think it works for petites and would be a great dress to wear to work. The drawstring waist is functional and it has pockets! It also comes in other prints.

Midi Jersey Dress

This dress is a great layering dress with a midi length fit on petites. I mentioned in the IGtv try on that I would most likely wear this with layers as it is form fitted. This dress runs small so if you’re in between sizes I would recommend sizing up. I’m wearing a small and it has a close fit.

I labeled this the skirt because I know you’ve seen it before on my blog. I really love this skirt and would buy it in multiple colors!

Amazon has a lot of great kimonos. I really like that this one isn’t too long or overwhelming on a petite frame. It also comes in other prints.
