Spanx leather leggings smooth, shape and hold you in. At the same time, they’re incredibly comfortable. So, it’s no surprise they’re a favorite for many. The leather look of the leggings elevate the style, so you get a comfy outfit that doesn’t always look incredibly casual.
Fit
Every time I post about these leggings I’m asked about their length. Yes, even in petite, they’re too long for me. I cuff mine under and aside from a small line where the seam lies, I think they look just fine like this.
6 Ways to Wear Spanx Leather Leggings
These leggings are thick and not see through, but because of their form fit, I still like to cover my backside when I’m wearing them. So, I try to pair them with tops, jackets or sweaters that are on the longer side.
With a Wrap
I love this big cozy wrap, and love even more how petite friendly it is paired with the leggings. The close fit of the leggings make for that balance of skinny on the bottom, loose on the top. Plus, it covers your backside. For a cooler day, you could wear a long sleeve top under the wrap.

With a Flannel Top
I know flannel isn’t everyone’s favorite, but I have thing for flannel tops in the fall and winter. They’re not only cute, they’re really comfortable too. I love the longer fit of this one from Old Navy, makes it perfect for pairing with leggings. This jacket is new to me as well. I tried a few moto jackets before I settled on this one for its petite friendliness. It isn’t too big in the shoulders and the sleeves aren’t crazy long. I’m wearing it in xxs.

With a Sweater Blazer
The sweater blazer looks great with Spanx leggings. You could wear it with this top, or a simple t-shirt. The outfit would also look great with a button down chambray or white top, as seen in this post.

With a Cardigan
This is the same outfit as above, but with a cardigan instead of the jacket. Personally, I prefer it with the jacket, but the sweater is more casual and relaxed. Instead of the boots, you could also wear a pair of simple white tennis shoes with this outfit.
