Let’s talk about rompers. They have that awesome one-and-done outfit thing going on, like a dress – but they also have the shorts, so you don’t have to worry about flashing the world. They’re comfortable and can be dressy or casual. The only drawback of a romper is the awkward bathroom situation, but even that’s not so bad once you get used to it.
Most of the rompers I’m sharing today are on the dressy side, but I’ll link a few other casual options for you as well. I’ll also mention what undergarments I’m wearing with each one because I think that’s important for comfort and the best fit of a romper.
Petite Friendly Rompers
Pink Floral Romper
This first one has a sweet white floral print and drawstrings at the waist to bring it in. The shorts are fully lined and nice and comfortable. The top is a wrap style that I did have to pin because it doesn’t have a fastener. I chose to wear a bralette and this pair of seamless underwear for a comfortable and seamless look. I’m wearing this one in a size small.

Striped Romper
This romper is a classic blue and white summer stripe! The material is a little bit thin and light, but it is lined so no need to worry about it being see-through. The back is slightly open with a tie at the top so I chose to wear a bralette with this one as well. I’m wearing it in XXS and it fits well.

Date Night Romper
This one was the most swiped-up romper from Instagram when I posted them the other night. It has sheer sleeves and a sheer back that has a little extra room and drapes down a bit. Because of the wide neckline and draping in the back, I’m wearing a strapless bra with this one. The shorts are fully lined with lots of comfortable room. I’m wearing a size small.

Floral Romper
This romper also comes in a chambray version that is super cute. It has a low cross style in the front and back and ruffles around the shorts. It is well lined but is a little low so I wore the bralette with this one too. This one is from American Eagle which is a great place to find petite rompers in general. I’m wearing it in petite XS and it has a great fit.

Eyelet Romper
This eyelet romper also comes in chambray. You can wear it strapless or with removable straps. I prefer it with the straps. It is fully lined and not see-through, I’m wearing it in petite XS.

Comfy Romper
This t-shirt style romper is from Amazon and it’s ultra comfortable. If you don’t love the short sleeve version, there is also a sleeveless option. It also comes in several colors. I’m wearing it in a size small.

Gauzy Romper
I can’t believe I forgot about one of my favorite rompers when I was making the Reel for this post, but I left this cutie out. It’s a great swim coverup, but also looks great just out and about. The material is really comfortable and soft and it doesn’t wrinkle with wear. There are two other color options also! I’m wearing it in XXS.
