I have travel on my mind lately and this is a topic I’ve had requested many times, so it felt like a good time to finallt deliver! I put together four outfit ideas today, a mix of comfortable mid-rise denim and leggings with layers for possible temperature fluctuations.
Petite Friendly Travel Outfits

It’s pretty obvious two of these outfits are almost identical except for a hoodie, different shoes, and a different bag. I really didn’t intend to do that, but after filming and putting everything together I was like, oh those are the same. Truth is, I intend to wear something just like these two for my own upcoming trip so they stuck out in my mind.

Jeans and a Cardigan
From talking with a few of you, leggings just aren’t your thing, so I threw in some jeans options. If I’m going for comfort, my top pick is a pair of jeggings from AE. They’re low-mid rise so it’s not uncomfortable to sit in them in for extended periods of time. I wear them in x-short and the length is perfect.

If you want lighter layers for warmer temps, I went with an oversized button-down and t-shirt combination.

For what it’s worth, I think comfortable is best when it comes to traveling and I really don’t think you even need to put that much thought into your outfit. If you’re comfortable in a pair of sweats, or just a simple oversized t-shirt and leggings, go for it!
