Four Fall Dresses for Work
Sizing Reference: I’m 4’10” and around 105lbs. I typically wear size Petite 00/XXS/24.
Shirt Dress
This dress is just gorgeous! I love it for the office, but it’s also a beautiful dress to wear to dinner and even on some special occasions. It fits me well in Petite XXS. The only thing I would add to this dress is a slip due to the sticking factor of the fabric. If you want to add warmth to this dress later in the season I would pair it with knee-high boots like this pair.

Tiered Dress
This sweet dress from Boden can be worn casually and also to work. It looks great with a blazer as well. I’m wearing it in Petite 2 and it fits me well overall. This was my first try with Boden Petites and I absolutely love the fit! Sizing starts at a size 2 which is equivalent to US 0/00 in my opinion. Boden is a brand after sustainability and creating pieces that last. I can tell by the quality of the two dresses I bought that’s true! I’ll definitely be back to try more from this brand.

Tie Waist Jersey Dress
This is another dress I ordered from Boden and it exceeded all of my expectations. It’s a simple knit dress, but the knit is thick and soft – definitely high quality. I’m wearing it in Petite 2 and it fits me well. There are also two printed options available for this dress.

Mini Dress
This dress is on the edge of being appropriate for work – depending on your dress code. It is a little bit on the short side and on me is a little snug across the hips. You could wear a longer cardigan or blazer with it to balance the slim fit of the dress at work. In the fall I would warm it up with a pair of flat or low heel knee-high boots.
