The pair of jeans I chose for this post is a pair from J.Crew Factory that I included in my recent no-hem petite jeans guide. I chose this pair for the simple dark wash. I think when picking a pair of jeans for work you should go with a dark wash, no distressing, and minimal whiskering. This pair is true to size and high rise.
With a Blouse
Grab a polished pair of flats and a simple blouse for an easy outfit for work with jeans. This is my go-to semi-casual outfit for work, but also for church on Sunday!

With a Cardigan
I love neutrals, but the blah weather this time of year has me wanting to add more color to my posts (and personal wardrobe). A classic cropped cardigan looks great with jeans, half tucked or untucked. I like this striped version from LOFT, but you can find this style of cardigan just about anywhere. My exact trench coat is from J.Crew, but J.Crew Factory just put out a less expensive option in petite as well.

With a Blazer
Nothing says smart casual like a blazer + sneakers + jeans combo. You could also opt for simple flats if sneakers are a no-go in your workplace. This blazer from Abercrombie fits me well in Petite XXS and comes in other color options.

With a Cardigan
Another go-to work item for me is a long cardigan. This one in particular from J.Crew has a slightly oversized fit but is thick and structured – making it feel a little more polished.
