Petite-Friendly White Jeans
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

Wide-leg jeans are hard to pull off on my shape. I’m short and wide through the hips so I look thick in a pair of wide-leg jeans. However, if there was ever a pair that I like to wear, it’s this pair from Abercrombie. They have an ultra-high rise and in short, they’re long enough for heels or heeled boots, which helps lengthen the legs. I’m wearing a curve love style in this post, but the regular fit is the best fit for me – curve love is roomier and has a slightly higher rise (11″ rise).

J.Crew Slim Wide Leg Jeans

Cropped wide-leg jeans are great for spring and summer. This pair is not see-through and has a similar fit to the Abercrombie jeans, just with a little more stretch and a cropped leg.

J.Crew 9″ Slim Straight Jeans

If you love mid-rise jeans, you’ll love J.Crew’s Slim Straight Jeans. They’re stretchy and comfortable and, in petite, have a very friendly 24″ inseam. I have these jeans in multiple colors. They’re one of my favorite everyday jeans (because they’re so comfortable). For what it’s worth, I don’t typically tuck my tops in with mid-rise jeans because they highlight my hips and not my waist like a pair of high-rise jeans do. I tucked the top here so you could see the jeans.

LOFT Kick Crop Jeans

LOFT often runs sales, making these jeans under $50. They’re very comfortable and stretchy but also have the highest rise of all the jeans in this post. Since the denim is light and stretchy, the 11″ rise on these jeans is still more comfortable than the 10.5″ rise of Abercrombie’s rigid thick jeans. They’re not see-through with nude undergarments, but they are a little bit sheer.
