This is another round of outfit ideas for work! As usual, I tried to mix different dress codes, from business casual to smart casual, based on what you most requested.

I wore a simple wedge sandal with many of these outfits, which may work in some offices and not in others. If you need to wear closed-toe shoes, I recommend these flats from Shutz, loafers from Sam Edelman, and pumps from Sam Edelman.
Six Outfits Ideas for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Cropped Wide Leg Pants
Cropped wide-leg pants are having a moment for spring and summer. I grabbed this crepe pair from Ann Taylor that doesn’t wrinkle easily – so you know I love them! These pants come in multiple colors and are true to size. If you’re in between sizes, I recommend a size down.

Wrap Dress
This linen blend dress is a lightweight option for a hot summer day. I styled it two ways – but it’s also lovely worn on its own. One outfit I styled with a simple sweater over the shoulders, great for wearing indoors but you can take it off outside. I also showed a layering option with a white button-down. The dress is a linen blend, so you should always expect it to wrinkle – linen wrinkles, but it’s intended to be worn that way. I find the dress to be true to size overall, and the wrap at the skirt is not a full open style, but it does have a functional tie to adjust to your waist size. If you want to pair a blazer with it, this one would be a nice match.

Trousers
These trousers are true to size overall, but they do have a roomier fit through the hips and legs. I bought these pants last season, so my exact color is no longer available, but they do come in other colors. I paired them with a cropped polo sweater from Old Navy. This sweater is cropped and tucks about an inch or two into the pants. If you prefer something longer, I recommend opting for the top in regular sizing rather than petite, or this top instead.

White Jeans
I haven’t created it just yet, but I make a post with work outfits using white jeans every year. They’re easy to dress up but still comfortable for those who work in a semi-casual environment. I chose a cropped wide-leg style for this post. I paired them with a linen blend top that will keep you cool on a hot summer day. Stay tuned for my full post with white jeans outfits for work!

Striped Dress
This lightweight and unlined dress can be dressed up enough for work but also looks great when worn casually. I recommend a camisole slip with it; otherwise, it’s going to be see-through. Overall, I find it to be true to size.

White Dress
This white dress is a classic shirt style that is perfect for work. You can wear it with wedges like I did here, but it also works with flats and even sneakers. It has an oversized fit, but I would choose your true size. I’m wearing it in Petite XXS.
