I’m still loving the way I feel in a pair of flare jeans. Today I’m sharing three ways to wear a washed black style that I found at Gap.

Black Flare Jeans Three Ways
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Gap ’70s Flare Jeans
The jeans are true to size and have light stretch. They’re comfortable and hug in all of the right places. They have a 10″ rise and a 29″ inseam. The 29″ inseam is too long for me unless I wear a 3″+ heel.
With a Leopard Jacket
I tend to be fairly neutral but I really like this leopard jacket. It’s not just the print, but it also has a cropped swing style that looks cute with flare jeans and mini skirts/dresses. I’m wearing the jacket in Petite XS and it has a true to size fit.

With a Long Cardigan
I love that flare jeans make you look tall, especially with a pair of heels. This combination is warm and cozy and helps balance the long cardigan.

With a Cropped Sweater
On the other end, flare jeans look great with a sweater or top cropped to the waist. This sweater fits well but is a little bit long in the sleeves. If wool bothers your skin (at the neck) you can layer it over a tissue turtleneck.
