In 2024 I wore activewear more than I have in past years. I attribute that to finding more things I truly loved – mostly from Athleta. Their petite activewear is unmatched! For my most worn series I chose two different outfit combinations I’ve been wearing regularly; Venice Joggers from Athleta and Real Me Leggings from Aerie. First up, leggings!

2024 Most Worn Winter Favorites: Activewear Pt. 1
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

Aerie Real Me Leggings
Aerie’s Real Me Leggings are something I buy year after year. I wear them multiple times a week! My favorite thing about them is their light compression. I don’t like leggings that squeeze on my stomach, and these don’t squeeze at all. They’re activewear leggings but they don’t have heavy seaming or pockets on the side (my personal preference). In short, they’re a perfect petite length!
Athleta Cozy Karma Sweatshirt
I love a big cozy sweatshirt! The Cozy Karma Sweatshirt from Athleta is one I’ve been wearing a lot lately. I love the side zippers and soft fleecy inside that stays soft even after washing. I went with XXS in this one, but if you like long and oversized I would size up. It shrinks some in the wash. I also love the oversized sweatshirts from Aerie and wear them regularly.
Hue Crew Socks
I came across Hue socks on Amazon last year. The reviews were full of petite ladies who said they were the perfect ankle height for them. Since then I’ve worn them almost exclusively. They’re still tall enough that you can scrunch them a bit, but not so tall that you end up with a lot of extra bulk at your ankles. I wear a size 5 and they’re a great fit.
Aritzia Super Puff Mid Coat
I’m going to go out on a limb and say I don’t think I’ll find a coat that I think is better than the Super Puff. That is, if you need a really warm coat. I’ve tried and reviewed quite a few over the years and the warmth, quality, and attention to detail is unmatched. I sized down in this coat and love the fit. I went for the mid length, but I think the shorty is great for skiing! Some petite ladies have also told me they love the long style.
ON Cloudnova Sneakers
I bought a pair of ON Cloudnova sneakers for the first time last year and they have since become my favorite pair to wear. They are very comfortable and supportive. I say this every time I review them, but we visit Disney at least once a year where you walk upwards of nine miles a day for an entire week straight and my feet never hurt when I wear these! I love them so much, my husband and two boys also have a pair. A close second for me are Hoka Bondi Sneakers! They’re a new purchase so I haven’t had a chance to test the longterm wear, but the little bit I’ve had to wear them around town my feet have been very comfortable.
