We are so excited to have her as our first fabulous mommy, feature, keep reading to learn more about her!

Tell us a little about you:

I am a late thirties mum of three young children and am passionate about healthy living and inspiring other women to live happier healthy lives. I have developed the Mumafit app for IPhone to provide women with the confidence to exercise safely at home during the pre and post natal period and am loving the impact this is having on women all over the world. Technology has opened so many doors for new mothers to have information accessible at their finger tips and make early parenting not such a lonely place!

How many children do you have?

3 children – Indie (4), Tommy (3) and William (6 months)

How do you juggle it all?

Ha! – this is the best question, because although I fit loads in to every day, I never feel like I am absolutely juggling it all or have it all in balance. I don’t think its possible to be in balance all the time with such young children, as you just have to go with the flow and be very flexible. I remain driven at all times to achieve great things for my health, my family and my business, so this drive just keeps me going. I rely on the support of a great husband, family and friends and am learning to be kinder to myself by just ‘letting things go’. Life is not a race, its something to enjoy – so my challenge is to simply live in the moment and this enables me to feel like the ‘juggle’ is always under control.

One tip for new moms:

Oooh, only one? My number one tip would have to be – be kind to yourself and know that it is 100% ok to prioritize your own health and take time out for you, so that you can be in your best physical and mental shape in order to then provide the best care for your family. And simply believe in your abilities to achieve everything you even dreamed of. Know that you are a wonderful mother and role model for your children.
