I’ve been getting requests for a pair of low-rise trouser jeans for months and I can finally say I’ve found a pair!

Petite-Friendly Low-Rise Trouser Jeans

My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

J.Crew Lower-Rise Trouser Jeans

The Lower-Rise Trouser Jeans from J.Crew have a wide leg and fit slim to the hips. In petite, they have a 9″ rise, which is “low” for a trouser style. The 29″ inseam works best on my height with a pair of low heeled boots. I agree with reviewers that the jeans run large, I personally went down a size and found the best fit.

I styled the jeans with a slim button-down top, cropped cashmere sweater and camel topcoat. I would run through each piece for you, but at this point in this season they are either sold out or low in-stock. I’m still including links for reference and possible restocks!
