Kids can often be picky eaters. If you’re child will gladly eat lots of fruits and veggies, I need your secrets! For me, my little man is quite the picky eater, so I’m am constantly sneaking in nutrients wherever I can. Once great way that he and I both love is through smoothies. He thinks they’re a ‘milkshake’ and I know it is full of vitamins!

What You’ll Need:

1/2 cup milk (add milk to consistency desired)
1/2 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
handful of spinach
1/4 cup greek yogurt

Toss all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Serve over ice.
