Hi! I’m Nicole Wong. I am a fitness advocate, fashion blogger, and foodie from Vancouver, BC. I love to stay active by participating in sports such as cheerleading, soccer and volleyball. I love to cook and eat food! I eat really weird combinations too such as carrots with chocolate, or bananas with chicken. I’m a Curious George so I love trying new food and activities. Aside from my weird combinations, I enjoy creating healthier versions of recipes that uses natural ingredients, which can be found on my blog.

You don’t need to spend a lot of money to put together great outfits. I love stores such as Forever21 and H&M because their clothes are affordable and trendy. For me, I rather spend $100 on a whole outfit rather than spending that money on just one shirt.

We love your mix of fashion and fitness, what does your weekly fitness routine include?
With school, cheerleading, work, and my fashion club, Vanstyle, it is sometimes difficult to stick to my weekly fitness routine, but generally it looks something like this: Cheer practice twice a week, and lifting weights five times a week. From Monday to Friday, I separate my workouts so that each day I am training a different body part.
