Lower Body Workout – Lovely Lady Legs

Today I’m just working my lovely lady…legs (you’re welcome, sing that song in your head all day) with a fun lower body circuit. Who is that skinny girl in the pictures you ask? Oh, ya know, just me when I could still touch my toes! When I build up the energy I will actually put together a prenatal workout, but then again, I make no promises! Watching a pregnant gal do squats while in searing inner thigh pain, just isn’t pretty. So, for now, enjoy these throwback photos and pretend it’s still warm enough outside to wear shorts.

All instructions are on the graphic that you can totally pin for safe keeping! Remember to keep your core engaged and your movement controlled. We want you to look toned, feel your best and stay injury free so you can keep it up!

    How far along are you? I’m currently 26 weeks and trying to still keep fit by doing crossfit exercise. Obviously I do modifications and take it easy!!
