Love your baby bump round two! I really loved all of your feedback from the first workout, especially the points made about how much easier labor is when the mom stays fit. I can attest to that fact myself from my first pregnancy. Although my labor was semi long at around 13 hours, when it came time to push, it was over in under 20 minutes and my recovery was relatively quick. So, even though sometimes I don’t want to get moving, I need to remember that in just a few more weeks, I will be thanking myself for the hard work I put in now!
The instructions and details are on the image and again, this workout is great for every woman, not just the ladies with a baby on board. Have fun!
This is a great workout for anyone! That baby bump is just too cute!

I never thought about doing shoulder raises on my tip toes, but that is a great idea to work other parts of your body. Saving this for later!
Well i may not be preggers but I can definitely incorporate some of these moves into my routine!! xo, Biana – BlovedBoston
Let me take a moment to say how cute that green leggings is! 🙂 Ok now that is settled, your exercises rock too! I exercised right up to my deliveries with all my pregnancies, and know it really helps with the birth. This is a great workout for after the baby too. Happy Monday! XOXO, Elif
You and your baby bump are getting cuter by the day! I love that you are staying fit and sharing these great tips with other moms to be. The best part, these are great for all women alike! Love it! Can’t wait to meet the little one! XO

I am definitely bookmarking this for my 2nd pregnancy. I had a relatively easy labor too, but I know that squeezing in a workout when you’re 8+ months pregnant (especially with a toddler) is going to be difficult. I love that I can do these in my living room 🙂
Great post!

That’s a great point about how staying fit makes for an easier delivery. I’ll have to keep that in mind one day when I’m pregnant!

Not being pregnant I must say the worry is the weight gain, but seeing you can work out in moderation has me excited to one day be preggers.
