3.5.1. Workout

If I could put on paper how I typically workout, it’s this. I pick my favorite moves and my favorite songs and go to town! For me fitness is always more fun when there is great music involved. Who’s with me?! For this workout you can use my recommended songs or choose your own favorites.

And I know all my girlfriends out there love a little workout gear motivation; what better motivation than my Fabletics top. I love the twist in the back and I could just see Kate Hudson picking over it’s details now, it’s all in the details, girl knows her stuff.
