    I loved Bogi’s response below haha! My excuse would be that my kids go to bed at 9 or 9:30 and I get an hour in a half to myself before bedtime so I blog haha! I can’t wait to join a gym again.

    This is so creative, I love it! The countdown makes it actually look like fun to do, which is saying a lot from someone who hates working out. Glad there are only 3 burpees… hate those things! 🙂

    Lol thats a good excuse – its definitely hard when we had so few hours in the day. Maybe you can get your kids into the act by exercising together so you can preserve those valuable “me time” hours after they go to bed. 🙂
