I love love love lower body workouts. I love lower body stair workouts even more because the step adds a nice amount of resistance without having to use any weights.
All your need for this lower body workout is a set of stairs. You can do this in your own home, or next time you’re jogging around your city, stop at a set of stairs and bust this circuit out three times for a complete workout.
