Whole grain tuna cakes!
For this baby approved recipe you will need:
- 2 cans low sodium tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup torn cilantro
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp old bay style seasoning (I used Todd’s ‘Dirt’)
- salt and pepper to taste
Start by preheating your oven to 350. Then grind your oats into flour. In a bowl add the remainder of the ingredients and stir until mixed well.
Form 6 cakes on a prepared cookie sheet. Bake one side for 10 mins, then flips and bake for another 10 mins.
