My core is my weakness too!
I’ve always had a hard time with reps, I do much better when I can just focus on the doing the moves properly for a certain amount of time.
Haha!! Planks are tough!
This workout is great, it is so important to have a strong core. I am totally into fitness myself, I regularly do body pump and Pilates and feel great afterward.
