But, don’t let that stop you from soaking up the sun, the fresh air and getting a great workout with something you just may have in your yard; a picnic table! You can also just use a bench of a chair for this one.

    Oooo this is good! Working out outside is a no go here in ATL. It’s just way too hot and your dripping within minutes. But i will be doing these in my house!

    Funny, my Friday favorites this week is called the dog days of summer and as I read this I am walking on my stepper to step away the frustrations dropping the baby off at college. And that’s what cracks me up, it’s so hot here right now I cannot even work out outside so I’m stepping away and catching up with the DVR, ha ha! Totally saving this work out for when it cools down. AND love your purple workout clothes!!

    Woohoo!! Instead of doing a squat hold, I would do a front leg lift and hold with a resistance band! Sorry to hear about your knee, that stinks!
