A Week of Workouts

There has been a part of our blog that has been neglected lately, it’s pretty obvious, the push-ups. But, now it’s time to kick it back in gear, drop a few lbs and get summer ready. Here is what workouts we will be doing this week!

Monday – Cardio

2-3 mile run/walk

    Ooof, I’ve been such a slacker this pregnancy. I need to kick it into gear! I was just thinking I should probably do some arm workouts to tone up and prepare for toting around a little one!
