Casual Outfits for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″ and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement of the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online.
Blazer Outfits
A blazer is always an easy way to dress up an outfit for work. Both blazers in this post are from J.Crew Factory, so they have the fit of the J.Crew blazers that I love – but are less expensive. Both blazers are true to size and have great sleeve length.
In the first outfit, I paired the blazer with a pair of jeans that are also from J.Crew Factory. On first try, these jeans are snug on me through the hips, but a little bit loose through the waist (so they may not be the best fit for my curvy friends). Through a day of wear, they stretched out quite a bit so I would still recommend your true size, despite the snug fit at first. The jeans also have a button-fly. I wore the same jeans in every outfit in this post.

In the next outfit, I paired a blazer with a kelly green skirt. I know it’s already close to St. Patrick’s Day, so you may not be able to order in time, but if you’re looking for something green to celebrate that day, this skirt or top might be a great option!

Lady Sweater
This sweater doesn’t come in petite so I wasn’t sure it would fit me well, but it’s a good fit overall. I’m wearing it here in XXS and the shoulders and length fit me well – the sleeves are a tiny bit long, but not so long that they go over my hands.

Crewneck Sweater
There isn’t anything special about this outfit, but these simple and classic outfits are some of my favorites. I love the lilac sweater! I’m wearing it here in XXS and it fits me well overall. The sweater is also lightweight so it will be perfect for spring.
