Fall calls for crafting and cooking in our house. Between hearty crock pot soups and cookie baking, baby man and I have been fall crafting ‘boo’tacular decorations! A couple of weeks ago we went to the pumpkin patch and picked out as many pumpkins, big and small, that we could carry. Of course we are going to carve the big ones come Halloween, but the little ones called for something a little more glam to me.
We drove out to our local Hobby Lobby and picked out the prettiest, black, gold and silver gems we could find. These came in easy strips that ran perfectly down the side of the pumpkins.
Since it was pretty darn easy to slap some strips of gems on the lines of the pumpkins, baby man was able to help out quite a bit.
We topped them off with black ribbon and a couple of chalkboard tags for a slightly spooky touch! The tiny pumpkins are now gracing our kitchen counter near our giant bowl of candy!
Also, be sure to check out our feature today for the Friday Fills link-up!! So very excited and flattered to have been chosen!

These pumpkins look like they are worth having inside the house- so fab!! My nine year old who is a crafts queen would love this- you may have given us a great project idea for the coming weeks. Love that you are displaying the little pumpkins on the candleholders. XOXO, Elif
What a great idea! I’ve used glitter on pumpkins before but this would really take it up a notch!
