Happy Monday! Time to get your HIIT workout on! We love HIIT workouts because they are efficient and effective! For this workout, we’ve compiled a few of our favorite moves from our past workouts. Perform each exercise for 1 minute. After you’ve gone through the entire circuit, rest for 1 minute, then repeat the circuit again! Have fun!!
