Say it with me now; I am a lady boss and I dominate anything I put my mind to.That is you, right? If not, it darn well should be!
I get it, I often feel defeated, tired and down right unmotivated. However, something as simple as turning on my favorite song, giving myself a quick pep talk, or convincing myself to commit to at least five minutes of a workout, always gets me in the right mindset. Although sometimes I only commit to five minutes, after that five is up, I’m normally having such a great time, I keep going! The best part, after that workout, I feel amazing, like a…lady boss.
