Being asked to style outfits for an office holiday party is kind of a vague topic. The type of party can vary greatly – from a simple holiday lunch during business hours to a formal weekend celebration. I tried to land somewhere in the middle with the few ideas I came up with. They all lean more toward the elevated casual side and can be dressed up and dressed down. (Admittedly, two are very similar, using the same dress in different colors).

Office Holiday Party Outfits
Sizing Reference: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My typical inseam is 24-25″. All of the outfits are unaltered and I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare and shop online.
Spanx Perfect Dress
Two of the outfits are layered options with a Spanx Perfect Dress. Spanx kindly sent me their Perfect Dresses to try in all three of the available styles. These dresses don’t come in Petite at the moment so I had fit issues with all of them except for the fit and flare style. This dress fits me well all around in XS, it’s just a little longer on me than on the model. It is made from thick Spanx compression fabric. I love that it’s easy to layer with and of course – love that it has pockets. I styled it both times with a pair of heels, but you could also wear a pair of festive flats or add tights for more warmth.

Trousers
I wanted to include a pants option as well – so I went for this all-white look. You can swap the white trousers for another color if white on white isn’t your style. The sweater has three jeweled buttons on the shoulder to give it a subtle festive flair. If you are a fan of white trousers, this pair is thick and well lined – making them not one bit see-through and warm. They’re true to size.
