The outfits in this post are very simple and similar. The star of the post is the washable silk skirt from Quince. I’ve been reviewing this silk skirt for some time now.

Three Holiday Outfits w/ Quince Washable Silk Skirt
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Quince Washable Silk Skirt
In case you missed those previous reviews, here’s a quick recap. The skirt runs true to size (I wear it in XS) and has a comfortable stretch waistband. It’s washable, high quality, and comes in several beautiful colors. It’s a little bit thin and unlined, so I always wear it with shapewear shorts and possibly a half slip layered on top of the shorts as well (the skirt likes to cling to the shorts). The shorts are great for creating a seamless tucked in look even with large chunky sweaters like the ones you’ll see in this post. The skirt wrinkles fairly easily and I use a steamer to take care of those. For the post I paired three different tops from Quince in matching colors and showed the skirt with three different shoe styles; heels, flats, and boots.
With Heels
Heels are an easy elegant choice with the silk skirt. In this outfit I paired the skirt with the organic cotton fisherman sweater. It’s a thick sweater, but still works with the skirt because of the shapewear shorts. The sweater isn’t petite so the sleeves are long (I’m wearing them cuffed) but otherwise I find it to fit true to size.

With Boots
Slim boots that fit close to your leg look great with skirts and dresses, including this silk skirt. In this outfit I paired the cashmere fisherman turtleneck sweater with the skirt. This sweater is so soft and cozy. It is long and oversized, so it takes a little adjusting, but it still tucks in well with the shorts.

With Flats
I think this skirt is a good length for wearing the comfortable flats as well. I went with a metallic option for something a little festive. The cotton cashmere top I paired with the skirt here is a great fit. It’s a close fit ribbed sweater that will make a great wardrobe staple on its own or layered.
