Neutral Outfits for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″ and 36″. My typical inseam is 24-25″. The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online.
Striped Sweater
I waited months last year to get my hands on this sweater. It’s oversized and cozy, with splits on the side (so you’ll want to wear a top underneath). I’m wearing a navy and white stripe version, but it’s been brought back this year in different colors. I’m wearing it in Petite XS. The pants are Spanx Perfect Pants in Ankle Skinny. I don’t always have the best luck with the length of pants at Spanx, but this pair fits me well in my true size.

Oversized Button-Down
I stuck with the same pants and added an oversized button-down. This would make for a comfortable work-from-home outfit as well. I’m wearing the white top in XS and it has an oversized fit on me.

Neutral Dress
I kept getting targeted ads for this Tucknernuck dress and finally decided to give it a try. It doesn’t come in petite so I was skeptical, but it does start at XXS (the size I went for). Overall it has a great fit, but the fabric doesn’t stretch at all. Only pointing that out because I pictured it being a stretchy/knit material from the pictures online. You can also get a similar look for less by layering a dress over a white button-down like in this post.
Neutral Brown
I’m fully embracing the chocolate brown trend. It’s a warm change from the camel and black neutrals we’ve leaned so heavily on the last few years. I grabbed this blazer from J. Crew. It has a long modern fit, but is true to size (I’m wearing it in Petite 00). The shoes are from Target and are a nice budget option, but I would go down 1/2 size for the best fit.
