Tone it up and trim it down with core cardio! In just four moves, your core will be screaming. When performing the Jack Knife and Plank Walk, keep your body in one straight line with a tight midsection, you want to protect your back and neck, while also getting the most out of the exercise! The punch and weave is most effective if you tuck your hips under and cough to engage your core, bring your hips and chest toward each other with each weave to engage those tummy muscles!
Core exercises are fabulous for your overall health, but if a tight tummy is what you seek, be sure to stay adequately hydrated and avoid high sodium foods! Keeping belly bloat to a minimum will allow those abdominal muscles to shine.
