I’ll admit that my Christmas tree will probably go up next week (so I can enjoy it longer) but Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. There’s the delicious food, family, and a long relaxing weekend. It’s the official start of the holiday season for me. After Christmas, there is a big letdown immediately after, but after Thanksgiving, there is still lots of holiday fun to look forward to. I’ve shared two posts now with Thanksgiving outfits in mind – one with a pair of leather leggings, and one with dresses. Today I’m sharing a few more ideas that are a mix of casual jeans and dresses.

Petite-Friendly Outfits for Thanksgiving
Sizing reference: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My typical inseam is 24″-25″. I share my sizing beside each outfit to help you compare when shopping online.
Flare Jeans
The first two outfits are with a pair of flare jeans from LOFT. The jeans have a very high rise, but are stretchy and comfortable. In the first outfit I paired them with a two-fer sweater from Anthropologie. I’m wearing it in Petite XXS and it fits me like a glove! The second sweater is from Pink Lily in XS. It has an oversized fit, but I wouldn’t size down.

Midi Dress
Next is a dress from Pink Lily. It has a bodycon fit but is very stretchy and comfortable. The slit on the side comes up to my mid-thigh. I’m wearing it in XS and it fits me well.

Poncho
A poncho isn’t any easy thing to photograph. Ponchos move and flow with you and just look better in person. With that being said, I love this one. I bought it during the recent J.Crew sale and was happy to find that although it only comes in one size, it’s not too overwhelming for me. There are other color options available as well. My jeans are from Ann Taylor and I’m wearing them in Petite 00. They’re stretchy but have a flattering hold to them. They do have a slight flare at the bottom that flares front to back on me. (They appear more blue in my photo than they are in person).

Straight Jeans
This Target sweater is my favorite thing I’ve found at Target recently. It fits so well in XS (which may mean it runs small for Target). I paired it with simple straight jeans – the jeans are from Madewell. I’m wearing them in Petite 24 and they’re a great length for wearing with boots.

Mini Dress
I think a layered dress look is cute as can be. You’ll definitely need to size up in this dress. It’s very tight on me in the hips in XS. I love that the length works great for wearing flat boots with it if you want to.
