I love wearing white jeans to work in the summer. The pair in this post is a pair I’ve loved for some time now from Madewell. They’re not too snug through the legs and aren’t see-through at all – making them a great option for work. As far as sizing goes, I find them to be true to size and wear them in Petite 24 (they do stretch some with wear). These outfits fit a smart casual dress code, but if jeans are out of the question at your workplace, I recommend this pair of pants instead.

Outfits for Work with White Jeans

With a Short Sleeve Sweater
Sweaters and summer don’t often go hand in hand, but this one from Quince is lightweight. I personally love that a short sleeve sweater feels a little more elevated than a simple short sleeve top, but it’s still easy to wear. I’m wearing this top in XS and it fits me well overall (multiple color options available). The bag is also from Quince, and it’s a beautiful tote with lots of extra room. It’s a little large for someone who is petite, but if you need to carry your laptop, planner, and more – this is a great bag for it.

Linen Button-Down
Also from Quince, this linen button-down is lightweight with a slightly oversized modern fit. This is a great one for wearing to work, but also casually. I love the soft blue color, but it also comes in other color options. I’m wearing it in XS here. The loafers are buttery soft and one of my favorite pairs of shoes to wear to work. I’m wearing them in soft beige here.

Cozy Cardigan
When it comes to a summer work outfit, one common piece of feedback I get it is the need for a warm layer to wear in a well-air-conditioned office. So while I wouldn’t be wearing this thick cardigan outside in the summer, it makes a great layer indoors. I went with a sleeveless top underneath to keep you cool outdoors.

The blazer is another layer I would shed when outdoors, but it’s great for the office. I went with a classic striped t-shirt underneath to keep you cool.
