Petite-Friendly Spring Denim
My Sizing: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″ and 36″. My typical inseam is 24-25″. The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online.
Kick Out Crop
A few years ago I bought a Cali Demi Boot pair of jeans from Madewell that are similar to this pair and styled them regularly on my blog. This style fits almost the same, but has a longer inseam, coming down to my ankle bone (I know a lot of you will appreciate that). The jeans are stretchy and have a comfortable 8.5″ mid-rise. They’re true white and not see-through! The top I’m wearing is also from Madewell and I’m wearing it in XXS. I pinned the v-neck because it was too low for me.

Perfect Vintage Flare Crop
I’ve been getting questions about petite-friendly flare jeans you can wear with flats all season and have been coming up short. When I was checking inseams on the jeans I noticed this pair has a perfect 27″ full-length inseam in the regular fit so I went for it! I’m wearing them in the same size I wear in petite and they fit great. They have a high 11″ rise and are rigid, but still comfortable. The top I’m wearing is cropped, if you prefer a full-length top, this one fits similarly.

Stovepipe
The Stovepipe fit is a great option if you’re used to wearing skinny jeans, but want to branch into straight jeans. They are a slim straight fit with a 9.5″ mid-rise. They’re rigid but have enough stretch to be comfortable still. I find them to be true to size.

Perfect Vintage
Although I will wear almost all of the denim styles at Madewell, the style I wear the most often is their Perfect Vintage. These jeans have a tapered “mom jeans” fit. This pair in particular is lightweight but is made from hold-you-in rigid denim. I love the distressing for spring and summer, it makes an outfit feel more laid back to me. This pair has a 10″ rise and is true to size.
