Pretty and plyometrics aren’t two words you typically think of together, but trust us…these plyometric moves are going to make YOU feel pretty! We took a few ballet inspired moves and added a little jump to them. Combined with a few other balance moves and you’re sure to feel this workout in your core and your lower body! Perform each exercise for 30 seconds then take a 30 second rest and move to the next exercise. Complete the circuit 1-3 times, until you just cant do it anymore!

I just tried one of each of these. So fun!! The curtsy jump is my fav and I love you in bright workout gear, so cute!!
I have never tried those curtsy lunge jumps, but I need to! I do the wide squat jumps on my 30 Day Shred level 3 and they are tough!

I like the variety of squats! The tip toe squats and curtsy lunge jumps look like some great exercises to add to my routine!
