Here it is, our final workout for July! Over the years, I have tried many forms of fitness, from distance running, kick boxing, dancing to weight lifting. I found what I love is a little mix of upbeat moves using body weights or dumbbells done in a circuit. Personally, I workout four days a week, doing 30 minute circuits each time, just like the circuits we share with you! I set my gymboss timer to 30 minutes, crank up my favorite music and mix dance and resistance moves. I hope you are loving these workouts as much as I do, keep an eye out next month for some workouts that are less dance involved if that isn’t quite your style.
I recommend doing this workout three days a week on alternating days.
