Red, White & Blue Outfits for Summer

Matching Set
I love the subtle blue and white stripes on this matching set. I find both pieces to be true to size (wearing both in petite xxs). I love these two worn together, but I would also wear these shorts with a red, white or navy blue top for a Fourth of July outfit.

White Shorts
The shorts in this outfit have a structured fit with comfortable stretch. I appreciate the buttons and the small details like nude pockets you can’t see through the shorts. If white isn’t your favorite, these shorts also come in navy. I’m wearing them in Petite XXS/00 and find them to be true to size. The top is also true to size and fits well overall (I’m wearing it in Petite XXS).

Comfortable Dress
A comfortable dress is one of my favorite things to wear during the summer. This one is roomy but still true to size overall (I’m wearing it in Petite XXS). The fabric is soft and has light stretch. The jacket I’m wearing is the best petite option I’ve found, it fits me well in Petite XXS.

White Flare Jeans
If you love jeans with stretch, you’ll love these white flare jeans. They have an ultra-high rise, but lots of comfortable stretch. Lengthwise, I need a 3″ heel to wear this pair (but I love the leg-lengthening effect that gives). However, since this pair has a raw hem, they’re easy to cut to your preferred length if you want to avoid wearing heels. The jeans are true to size overall and I’m wearing them in Petite 00/24. The top can be worn on the shoulder and off-the-shoulder. The fabric is lightweight (a little bit sheer) and looks great tucked in or worn untucked. I also love the matching skirt that can be worn with this top.

Navy Maxi Dress
This classic navy maxi dress fits me well overall in my true size. It has a stretchy waistband (but no stretch in the skirt). There is also a little stretch around the chest to accommodate your chest size. The skirt is unlined and lightweight – perfect for keeping you cool this summer!

Classic Striped Dress
This dress is perfect for casual everyday wear and may also be a great option for work (of course, always depending on your dress code). The dress runs large overall and I think would fit best in a size down. The fabric is lightweight and stretchy and I love the knot detail at the waist.
