I’m back with another set of petite-friendly outfit ideas for work! Although there is a mix of styles here, these outfits are mostly business casual or smart casual.

Six Outfits for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Wide-Leg Jeans
I love the fit of these wide-leg jeans from LOFT. They have a high rise and are true to size overall. I can wear them with a low, comfortable heel. I paired them here with a crochet tank top for a little texture and a neutral blazer. The top is true to size and has a great fit through the arm holes (no gaping). The blazer runs a little oversized, but I wouldn’t size down.

Wide-Leg Cropped Pants
The pants in this outfit are the same style as the top-selling striped pants in this post. They have the same true-to-size fit, but the fabric is a little bit thicker in this color, and they stretch out less than the striped version. I paired them with a Pointelle sweater. I love the texture and detail of this sweater, but it is see-through, so you’ll need to wear a camisole underneath.

Jumpsuit
A jumpsuit with a blazer is a fun way to mix up your workwear outfits. Admittedly it’s not the easiest outfit to visit the restroom in, but sometimes sacrifices are made in the name of a cute outfit. For reference, I find the jumpsuit to fit true to size overall, but it is a little bit long on me through the torso. The blazer is oversized but is meant to fit that way. If you don’t love the oversized look, I would skip this one and choose this blazer instead.

Black Dress
A shirt dress is an easy one-and-done outfit for work. This one from LOFT has a Dolman fit and a high-low hem. Length-wise, this dress comes to my knees in the front and a little bit below my knees in the back. The raffia heels have a summer texture and classic style. They’re true to size.

Printed Dress
This dress is stretchy and comfortable. The fabric feels dreamy! It fits well through the armholes and comes to my knees. Even though I’m wearing this dress in petite, it fits me much longer than it does the model on the LOFT website.

Black Pants
These black pants are a great staple item for work. They’re true to size overall and are stretchy. They’re a little bit snug through my thighs, but I wouldn’t size up. I paired them with a printed top and lightweight cardigan – perfect for chilly offices.
