Stretching is so important for your body and can help improve not only your overall wellbeing, but you’ll feel better, have better posture and fewer aches and pains with a daily stretching routine. So, whether you’re stretching post workout or in the morning when you hop out of bed, give this routine a go! The bonus, this routine is gentle and safe enough for expecting mommas! Many of these moves, (hi hip openers) are great for helping you prepare for labor!

    I do too! Most of my stretching is isolated to workouts or the end of the day but a good morning stretch really helps to get the blood flowing.

    That’s awesome! You are already so ahead of the curve by taking care to stretch daily. I am admittedly not good at doing it daily but rather several times a week, typically following workouts. My personal goal is to get to where I stretch on a daily basis. πŸ™‚
