Sultry Summer 2 – lower body workout

Take it low and sculpt your lovely lower half with us. You already look great in a pair of pumps, but a little added muscle never hurt!

We recommend performing this workout 2-3 days a week on alternating days. Working the large muscles in your lower body are great for torching calories, get ready to sweat girls!

Always Hungry? Make sure you’re hydrated, lots of water and hydrating foods like grapefruit and cucumber go a long way in keeping you satisfied! Still hungry even after optimal hydration? Make sure you’re taking in a good balance of protein and fiber to keep you full! For an easy snack, grab a handful of nuts and fresh veggies like carrots or peppers with hummus.
