Summer Date Night Outfits

Sarong Skirt
There’s just something about this crochet tank top and sarong-style skirt that makes me feel pretty. Both pieces have a perfect fit and I appreciate that the tank top’s straps are wide enough for a regular bra.

Tailored Shorts
I don’t share pieces from Express all that often mainly because I struggle with the fit being just right, but I found a winning combination with this pleated top and tailored shorts. The shorts fit me well overall in a size 0 and have a little bit of comfortable stretch. The fabric also doesn’t wrinkle easily and I love that. The top has tie straps that can adjust to your size and a stretch panel across the back. The top has a cropped fit that tucks into a pair of high-waisted bottoms just enough. You could also add a white blazer to this outfit.

Linen Dresses
Whether you want to go for heels or flats, both of these lightweight linen dresses make a pretty option for a casual date night. I’m wearing them both in Petite XS and they fit well overall. Both styles are fully lined and come in other color options as well.
