Super Juice, For My Superheroes

Boys don’t often have tea parties, but can two superheroes color, over a glass of grape juice? You bet they can. A typical brotherly coloring session is a mix of joy, laughter, maybe a few carrots thrown here or there, and of course an argument or two. This particular coloring session ended in an argument over the correct way to “cheers” with their grape juice.

Welch's 100% Grape Juice With Coconut water - the solution for people who don't like the taste of coconut water

Benefits of grape juice and coconut water

They couldn’t settle that argument, but they both agreed, the juice was delish! Plus, it has super powers, just like them.

Super Juice

Welch’s 100% Grape Juice with Coconut Water

I’m exaggerating but, Welch’s 100% Grape Juice with Coconut Water, is more than just a fun coloring party treat. Made with coconut water, this Welch’s mixed berry blend has 30% less sugar than regular grape juice. I don’t give the boys juice regularly. However, when we do go for juice, as a fun after school treat, I love that Welch’s 100% Grape Juice with Coconut Water, has no added sugar. It’s only 100 calories for an 8 oz serving, which means, I will join in on these super hero parties too!

No Sugar Added Grape Juice by Welch's

I remember when I first started hearing about the benefits of coconut water, I gave it a try. That was the last time I tried it, because it was gross! Since, I wasn’t a fan of coconut water, I was skeptical about Welch’s Grape Juice and Coconut Water, but I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the taste and also appreciated that it was “less sweet” than traditional juice. I’m also not a big juice drinker, I’ve mentioned before, that I pretty much just drink water and coffee. However, I could totally see having an occasional glass, especially because it’s only 100 calories for an 8oz serving. I could also see mixing it in a smoothie or using it to curb a dessert craving after dinner!

Why We Love It

Review of Welch's 100% Grape Juice with Coconut Water

The juice makes for a fun treat, but is also filled with vitamins and no added sugars! Instead of just watering down the juice for a lower sugar option, Welch’s makes their grape juice by pressing the entire grape, skin and all – so their juice contains the polyphenols, found in grapes, that are shown to aid in heart heart! Plus there are two servings of fruit in every 8oz glass. Win for mom, win for the boys.
