After writing a post a couple of weeks ago about Target shorts and telling you that I struggle to find a good fit at Target – I’m eating my words. My boys and I were in Target last weekend and I rarely go into the clothing section when they’re with me. I mean seriously two boys making fart jokes and trying to racecar the cart around while looking at clothes isn’t ideal. BUT as I was walking by I spotted a t-shirt dress that looked small. This immediately caught my attention, because typically most things at Target are big. So I had to try it and I’m so glad I did because it was a perfect fit. I loved it so much that I bought it in two colors and also picked up another great find, both of which I’ll be styling for work and the weekend today.

Work to Weekend Target Dresses
Sizing Reference: I’m 4’10” and around 105lbs.
Sleeveless Dress
Starting with the dress that caught my attention first, this sleeveless dress. It’s thick, well made and there is no gaping at the arm holes. I bought it in black and white striped and black, but it also comes in other colors. Because of the quality of the fabric, it works great for wearing to work and of course works well on its own with sandals.

Wide Shoulder Dress
This dress is made from the same thick material and also comes in other colors. It fits me well overall in XS, but it does open at the arms too much, so I’m wearing a black cami under it. The drawstring is not functional, but the waistband is elastic and stretchy.
