Monday is a great day for a new total body workout! This workout you can do with your body weight or with a set of weights that are appropriate for you! (we like to use anywhere from 5-15 pounds for this workout). With any toning workout, you want to make sure to have a day of rest in between sessions, so perform this workout 2-3 times a week, on alternating days.
