Total Body Workout

We finally broke out the serious camera and filmed a full length circuit for you!
This workout is a five exercise circuit. We recommend performing 12 repetitions of each exercise and moving through the exercises without rest. Once you have completed one circuit, rest 1 minute and complete 1-2 more circuits. The entire workout will be roughly 15 minutes, quick and effective!
Before working out, warm up for five minutes. Do something fun and gentle. We like to dance, but you can walk, do light squats with arm swings, anything that is slow and warms your muscles up before getting to work.
After your workout, cool down and stretch for 10 minutes.
