Weekend wrap up

So last week I wasn’t the best blogger. Being the mom of a toddler is no joke! Between the multiple meltdowns and planning a birthday party I have been a busy bee…who’s been eating a lot of junk.

Really, I’m not complaining. I’m sharing that even those of us who make it seem easy, struggle. I’ve been worn down and tired and letting myself continue to sneak a fry or two here and there, cooler weather tends to do that to me. No one is perfect, that’s the beauty in life. Thank goodness for my challenge girls, without them, I would probably have been even more off track this week. I’m starting a new group Monday and I’m super excited! A group full of some old and new friends!

The next group starts up October 28th. Just in time for the holiday season kick off. If you need a place to help you stay accountable, learn how to eat clean and have a set fitness plan to follow, be sure to send me a message and enroll in that group! You won’t regret it.

In personal news, which I’m sure you’re just dying to know (right?!). This week I will be busy amping up for baby mans choo choo second birthday! I can’t believe he is going to be two! Where has the time gone? I’m really excited that this year he will be able to enjoy his party and not just sit there looking around like what is happening? He’s been talking for the last two weeks about his ‘too too bday pary’ 😉

Oh and I got some new bangs and fall color!

I went with some kourtney kardashian inspiration and decided to try something new for the first time in like ten years. Now the trick will be keeping these bangs looking chic and not grade school.

The weekly dinner plans are in place and I’m sticking to it! Fail to plan, plan to fail!
Sunday: lean roast with red potatoes
Monday: leftovers
Tuesday: chicken corn chowder (kitchen experiment)
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: gluten free pizza or brown rice pasta
Friday: dinner out
Saturday: Maddox’s birthday! No healthy promises there
Sunday: time to plan again

There it is! Do you like to plan your weekly dinners in advance? Or even better…all of your meals?! Here’s to a new week and new goals!
